Howard EcoWorks is an environmental nonprofit based in Howard County, Maryland. We are addressing climate issues with environmental restoration, while providing career opportunities in the green industry. We are currently accepting applications for a Program Foreman.

Are you passionate about the environment and workforce development? The Program Foreman oversees conservation and stormwater projects while supervising field crews engaged in green job training and career exploration programs. This role blends hands-on project coordination with mentorship and skill-building, ensuring crews gain meaningful experience while delivering high-quality, safe, and timely environmental work. The Program Foreman works closely with project, program, and operations staff to align daily field activities with both project goals and participant development.
