The HCV Program Administrator position is responsible for providing management and leadership required to support the daily operations of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). The HCVP supports over 1400 families and individuals by providing affordable housing in Howard County. The successful candidate should be mission-driven, proven leader willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
