Experienced professionals to work one-on-one with children and adults with intellectual disabilities /Autism. Staff will work in family homes, provider residential units, and in provider day programs specifically implementing ABA programs and completing daily data collection.
Candidates must hold a valid Maryland driver's license. In addition, candidates must have a high school diploma, plus 2 years experience working with individuals that possess intellectual disabilities / Autism, preferably children. College degree is preferred. The strongest candidates will possess the ability to work well with teams, utilize strong problem-solving skills, possess strong organizational skills, and must be an effective communicator.
If you have experience working in a day program or working in a residential group home with behaviorally complex individuals, then this job is made for you.
Hours: Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
