The Anti-Trafficking Director is responsible for the overall growth and management of HopeWorks’ Anti-Trafficking Department and serves as part of the HopeWorks Management Team. The Director will serve as the agency’s main point of contact and subject matter expert on human trafficking. The Director will have program management responsibilities including ensuring that HopeWorks has a comprehensive, survivor-centered and trauma-informed response to human trafficking; serving as a representative to local, regional and state level human trafficking coordinating bodies; and provision of community education and training on human trafficking. HopeWorks’ staff, board and volunteers are invested and engaged in altering the systems and imbalances of power that maintain the status quo - including racism, poverty, and gendered violence. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the root causes of sexual and intimate partner violence and a commitment to social justice.
