Howard County General Hospital’s Cancer Self-management is a six-week virtual workshop for individuals living with cancer and those who have been affected by cancer as well as caregivers. Participants will receive educational information and practical tools to help self-manage symptoms, challenges and day-to-day tasks in a small, interactive peer-to-peer class.
