County Executive Announces Formation of Howard County Nonprofit Resource Development Council
County Executive Ken Ulman visited the ACS September 16
Meeting to Announce Formation of the new Nonprofit Resource Development Council
for Howard County. ACS Executive Director Anne Towne will Co-Chair the
Council with Horizon Foundation President Richard Krieg. The Council’s 13 members will be a collaborative effort
designed to ensure the long-term health and resilience of local nonprofit
organizations.
